What lasts?
A photograph of Earth from four billion miles away. Monks who spend days on a painting made of sand, then sweep it up. This week is about how small and brief things are, and why they are worth loving anyway.

What is something you loved that didn’t last? Are you glad you had it?
What is this?
House Church is church the way it started: a few people gathered in a home. What’s different now is what a home can reach. The best teaching, the oldest wisdom and the most beautiful music ever recorded are available to almost anyone, anywhere.
So once a week we gather the best of it from YouTube into one short service, and every house that presses play shares it. For a few minutes, households all over the world are taking part in the same thing together, a kind of shared moment our culture doesn’t have many of anymore.
